API Payment

for hackathon purpose can we get credits instead of providing credit card details and I do not have any credit card.

    Unfortunately, you have to provide your credit card details in order to get the free API credits.

    I'm unable to add my credit card in billing. Tried different cards but unable. Every time receiving message card no. is wrong. but i've entered everything ok.
