API Credits and Perplexity Support

We’ve been trying to get in touch with the Perplexity Support team regarding the API credits we requested, but we haven’t received any response. It’s been several days now, and we still haven’t received the hackathon API credits. This delay is quite frustrating, as it’s preventing us from making progress on our project.

Without access to the necessary API resources, we’re unable to test or integrate key features that are central to our hackathon submission. Given the time-sensitive nature of hackathons, every day counts, and this lack of access is significantly impacting our ability to compete effectively.
