Submission requirements question.

Per the official submission requirements: "Access must be provided to an Entrant’s working Project for judging and testing by providing a link to a website, functioning demo, or a test build." Is providing our Github enough to meet this requirement, or must we also have this running in AWS, Google, or Heroku for example?
