URGENT account flagged after submission

I submitted 'tamaraw Sonar' to Perplexity hackathon with my other email and got immediate response.
saying "Your account was flagged by our automated processes and is currently suspended pending review. Please email support@devpost.com within 30 days to resolve." How do i resolve

    i got this too you submission may be removed but should still be on devpost.

    devpost customer service will have to take care of it. also raise concern with support as well. seems to be a common unnecessary or malfunction in the algo. being overly pertective with such a huge impact on participants. including worrying about the endless hours of work being for nothing. it doesn't quite make sense.

    I don't think submitting project from different accounts is allowed on Devpost that's why it got flagged
