Project is submitted but in My Project Section, the project card still shows "Draft 2/5 steps done"

Why Project card in My Project Section is showing "Draft 2/5 steps done" when all the steps are done.
Can you confirm if project is actually submitted or not. When going to devpost project link, it shows all details.
